Mauro Girgenti - February 19, 2012

Rev. Mauro Girgenti was saved and filled with the Holy Spirit in April of 1977. He sensed the call of God on his life and in 1981 he attended Bible school. After he graduated, he served as assistant pastor at a church in Mississauga Ontario. Through all these years, he took short-term mission trips to Italy and he always saw a great need but did not receive the call to move there until February of 1994.

While in Palermo Italy, Rev. Girgenti had a special visitation during which the Lord told him that He was moving him to his next phase of ministry and that He had called him to go to Italy as a missionary. In July of the same year he resigned from Word of Life, he handed the church over to his assistant pastor, and he founded GOOD NEWS MINISTRIES, a non-profit missionary organization affiliated with C.F.C.M. (Canadian Fellowship of Churches and Ministers).

Dr. Nasir Siddiki - April 1 to 3

Dr. Nasir Siddiki, founder of Wisdom Ministries in Tulsa, OK, will be our special guest for 3 nights of services at Willowdale.

An international teacher and evangelist, Dr. Siddiki holds crusades around the world and has led thousands to the Lord in India, Asia, South America, Europe and Africa. God has given him a mandate to proclaim the Gospel from nation to nation while setting the captives free. He and his wife, Anita, host a television program on TBN, Winning with Wisdom, which is broadcast to 15,000 stations via satellite reaching millions of people, including those in the Middle East.

The founder of Wisdom Ministries, Dr. Siddiki teaches biblical wisdom principles for success at the Wisdom Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He has taught at the American Bible College and Seminary, where he developed the curriculum for Biblical Economics and received an honorary doctorate degree. He has been featured in Charisma, Word of Faith and Believer's Voice of Victory magazines. He has ministered on a variety of different television programs including TBN, Daystar, LeSea, Inspiration Networks and many more.
