Our Dream Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on our Front Line, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on our Family Ministry Team, to crafting a dynamic experience with the Church Experience Team, to tearing down barriers across our city by leading a Small Group — we are a group that passionately advances the Kingdom of God.

What is your mission?

The mission of the Dream Team is to build the body of Christ by each person fulfilling their calling and serving to make an eternal difference.

What areas, tasks, duties, or roles can I serve in?

We have different teams within the Dream Team that fulfill a specific role to complete the church experience for everyone who visits Willowdale Life (online and in-person). They include, Front Line, Parking Warriors, Prayer Team, Music Team, Family Ministry, Hospitality, Willowdale TV, and Set-Up / Tear-Down.

What qualifications do I need to be on the Dream Team?

Willowdale Life is all about excellence. We set a high standard of excellence for all our teams because God wants our best and you deserve our best. If you are teachable, willing to learn, able to joyfully serve along others while still being you and are passionate about serving people, you are definitely in the right place at the right time. Beyond this, we highly recommend attending our Frest Start and Freedom Classes to get a pulse about who we are and connect with others BEFORE you join a specific team.
